Every item is insured for AUD$2,000 in transit via Australia Post Express, climate-controlled throughout and professionally managed from the moment it leaves your hands to the moment it returns. Materials always handled in-house. Every original is returned safely.
Is the archive secure and private?
Tiora does not use archive content to train AI models, share data with third parties or sell access to family materials in any form. The archive is hosted on Australian servers, operated under the Privacy Act 1988 and accessible only to the family members you authorise. No advertising. No data monetisation. No exceptions.
